Re: Soul Asylum and Kurt cobain!!
alb8ros, It does sound like their cover of "Final Solution" by Pere Ubu (you were correct on the band name Phil). If you decide you want to check out the original, don't expect the same song based on the way they played it in Biloxi. Pere Ubu is a "new wave" pop/punk band while the boy's cover strip...

Soul Asylum and Mark Price
I was reading the yahoo sports preview of my favorite basketball team, the Cleveland Cavs, and at the end of the article they added a video of Mark Price highlights (along with some various band clips) set to "Black Gold" along with some pretty funny commentary. It was apparently from a 1994 NBA vid...

Did you import the songs into your itunes library? If not, they won't be recognized by the device.

Re: Urbana, IL 8/28
They had some guitar problems in Biloxi, too. I don't remember which song it was, but Dan's guitar kept going in and out. I guess one of his pedals must have fried, because George ended up bringing out a new effects board while Dan continued on with the song clean. I have to say, while watching Geor...

Re: Biloxi, MS 8/27 - Great show!
I agree, the Biloxi show was great! My wife and I had never met anyone from the band before, so we were pretty stoked when I met Dave and his family in the hall checking into the room next to ours. After telling him that we were at the Orlando show the previous night, he asked us for a full report t...

Re: Orlando aug26
It was indeed an awsome set. Not only did they add Stranger, they also did an impromtu Blue Suede Shoes after being inspired by the "headless Elvis" in the back of the hall. The venue and crowd were a little weird (more of a place to be seen for some folks, and 2.5 hours of free drinks comes at a pr...
