The only date I could really, truly do is Toronto (I'm a teacher, so taking off in the fall for Denver or Chicago would be really bad form!). It's tempting, but I'm still unsure. Ideally, this'll lead to some non-festival shows, for which I'd be more apt to travel.

That's pretty funny! My husband & I loved that show, so I got him the boxed set for Christmas; we'll have to keep an eye out for the episode.

personally , i think dave is saying that karl left the world "without a trace", meaning he came in and out , was in a successful rock band and went back out without a trace...."just to see your face, you left without a trace" karl went suddenly and it was a shock , its like he was here and then not...
