Normally I'm less excited about festival shows than regular Soul Asylum shows because, well, one usually gets less Soul Asylum. I must say that I enjoyed the entire show start to finish! I wonder how hard it would be to move it back to the old spot on the Capitol grounds. I would guess a lot of the details would already have been worked out from being there in years past. And of course I know nothing at all about planning large festivals or events...just want to see this thing happe...

That WI State Fair show will probably work for me! Happy to have a probable Soul Asylum show back on the calandar even if it is a ways out. I wonder if that means the MN State Fair will be on the tour too?

I love the song too. It's a good fit (Dave & Within Temptation) & the song does have a bit of a Soul Asylumish theme to it.

I'm planning on going to the Turf Club show tonight. It's funny, just a few months ago I was at the Dakota Jazz Club & saw someone there with a Run Westy Run t-shirt on & I was thinking it has been a LONG time since I saw them last. I'm happy for the surprise opportunity to see them again.
