This article says that SA is working on a new record; we know that has been the case for a couple of years now.
Assuming this to be true; do they have a record label to distribute/ promote it?

I have no clue... I can imagine them releasing it on their own, seeing as how the music industry is nowadays and where they're at... but it would be nice getting some more information about the new album, apart from the ''releasing a new record in 2010'' line at their official account.
