I have to wonder though, since they are so concerned, what do they think of these blatant, violent, racist attacks?

I'm not really sure what you're asking. Do you think their statements aren't strong enough? I think it's pretty clear that SA supports peaceful protest but is trying to say that violence and looting isnt the way to bring about change. Voting is.

Do these black lives not matter? I mean that's a lot in a 24 hour period, but it was Black on Black crime, so not politically correct.

I don't know anything about how the Chicago 18 were murdered. BLM should be about more than defunding the police as the DC branch proclaimed but should also be about reaching the economic depressed neighborhoods. Those in such areas need to believe that life matters. I'm not saying that there aren't corrupt and terrible police. Minneapolis has a history of corrupt police but not all policemen are corrupt nor are all racist. I ts a good rule for everyone that when dealing with police, its yes sir/ yes ma'am and most importantly always let them be able to see where your hands are. Everyone has the right to peacefully protest. I dont agree with protesting our flag so would never kneel during the Anthem. Too many have died fighting for what our flag represents.

What I'm saying is if this movement was truly about Black Lives then these people would be protesting in Chicago because they just had a bloodbath and it's consistent there. The problem is that it's black people killing black people and it doesn't fit the mainstream news narrative. Numbers don't lie though. A very courageous black woman stood up to them and told them here-

Black Lives Matter is about changing racism which is claimed to be at our nations core and engrained in the development of our nation. It has nothing to do with blacks killing each other.
