im pretty sure it was meant to sound like this ..the oldschool vinyl noise of a classic beatles song oh yea!!!...

LOL, I actually thought my speakers were blown as well. More than just crackly vinyl sound...

It sounds more like they mastered it way too loud, especially if the original sounds okay (I cannot confirm this myself). It's not so horrible sounding to me, but there's definitely some clipping going on.
