I'm playing it over and over again, it's really wonderful (not that other SA songs aren't)! I think I know where my vote's gonna go to
So, I wanted to ask you something: does NTG remind anybody else of Bob Dylan's Blowin' in the wind? I mean, when I heard nowhere to go, I started whistling blowin' in the wind and i thought how the two songs are similar rhythmically in some parts. What do you think?
do you mean the slow intro part or the rest of the song?
i have to admit i didn't feel any connection to blowin in the wind. but the background guys singing "ooooooooh" in the intro reminded me of arlo singing 5 seconds of a cowboy song and as he says "it doesn't have to have words when you're singing to cows" anyways that's what the intro reminded me of.
ok now that i'm REALLY TRYING to hear what you're talking about i think i might hear something similar to theanswermyfriendidblowinginthewind melody in the rest of the song. i think i know what you mean now
Oh, I was a year late. thanks for pointing it out. P.S. to all those people who are saying they cant vote on Times Incinerator cuz they dont have it.... email me
