It's just a bootleg like so many out there.

bootleg for sure, and a mixed one that is. Meaning some of those songs weren't being played in 1993, or any time after that (Be on Your Way, Another Day, New Feelings etc.), so it's definitely just a "mix tape" of songs. Some even dating back to 1985!
