Yeah, I believe so. Some fans were yelling out happy birthday to him at the Rochester show. I think that's when my memory went...oh yeah! :P

So frustrated. Get up anyway.
So complicated. Changes every day.

So the darkness fades
And the light, will come shining through.

Well - in that case:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAN MURPHY!

from fans who did not have the opportunity to watch their shows...

Oh, man, I forgot! I looked it up a few weeks ago and even put up a reminder of it in my calendar and I still forgot!

Lune, your question is decidedly not stupid—it's the opposite, since you actually made me remember it.

Happy birthday, Dan!

I'll post something on the front page in not too long. First I have to put together one of those funny graphics that we used for Dave's birthday.

By the way, I also missed to draw attention to the fact that The Silver Lining became two years old this Friday. I should post something about that as well...

Alright, I've posted a blurb about Dan's birthday on the front page, linking to this thread. Lune, if you feel like it you could change the title of the thread to look more official. Then again, the current name is kind of charming, so go with whatever you like best. :)

I slightly changed the title, enough to have a charming yet informative feel on the thread.

I feel like a nerd - but I since yesterday, I have been checking the homepage for a blurb about Dan's birthday. I was a bit afraid to greet first, since I am unsure if it's his birthday (I am a new fan, you see). So there you have it... one day late - :ugeek:

BTW, cute graphics for the blurb!!!

Nope—you were absolutely right about it and it was my mistake that nothing showed up on time. Keep it up!

Thanks! Stay tuned for more birthday graphics in the future. Oh, and feel free to remind me—I might just need it. When is Michael Bland's birthday again?

Wow... wish I'd known in Atlanta!
