There's nothing particular "holey" about this one. It's unusual, but mostly it's just Dave being . . . Dave.

Ohh...love that pic...its so good! Those shoes Daves wearing must be those Doc Martens he almost broke his neck wearing during a concert. Looks like it was during a time the whole band was wearing them. I definantly like his shoes better.

Thanks for posting that pic, Laura. I'm pretty sure that's the pic I used for my Soul Asylum T-shirt. It's been years since I've worn the shirt and both the shirt, and the mag it came from are both packed away in storage now, so I can't be positive. But looking at the pic, it triggers a memory of considering cropping Grant out of the pic 'cause he was no longer with the band, but then choosing to leave the pic whole because I didn't like the shape of the cropped pic in my design.
