They even made that photo as their profile picture! I guess some of us can extract some deeper meaning on that photo ;) ;) ;)

Personally, I've always been partial to this photo I took a few years back. Of course, it only contains Dan's guitar...

Could this be how "the Soul Asylum riff" was "born", perhaps? ;)

Oooo, Dells! It's a good thing you're writing in the "naughty" thread, girl!

Love the way your clever mind works. :D

Jakob had come across this a while back doing a search on some site; I did a little editing/trimming to the list (and a little crossing out) to eliminate other people named Dan Murphy in the list:

Many of Dan's songs on the list above are available on the Golden Smog albums (Weird Tales, Down By The Old Mainstream, Another Fine Day, and Blood on the Slacks).

Dreams Deferred was an unreleased song (written by Dan) that I believe was only played once or twice (one of them being the Overreactors show; 5-31-96), but I highly doubt its the same song being mentioned on the list.
Jim - i was trying to make a 'dan playlist' and was using this list you posted but i noticed 'crashing down' is listed and not crossed off - but on your discography it says dave wrote it - which is right?

thanks!
