Call it a "flight trip." I'm flying out from Los Angeles earlier that day.

P.S. My sister and her husband (who live outside St. Paul) invited me to join her husband's family for some fun in Disneyworld during the first week of March. Hey, look who's playing in Orlando on March 5th! :)

I'll be there - but then again - I'm only 9 miles from First Ave. :-)

SA's Xmas shows are always awesome! I can meet up with ya'll for beers before the show.

I'm planning on being there. Beers before the show sounds like a good plan. They still sell Bass at the Ave, right?

I will be there; just booked my hotel room last night. After a nearly 5 hour delay going out to LA for The Who tribute show in July (still made it in time tho'), I resolved to never fly anywhere the day of an event again! So I will actually be there a few days ahead of time to take in the city, catch a hockey game, etc. It'll be my first time in MN.

I'm sure as hell going to try to get there. About the only thing that will screw up my plans is if the weather makes the roads too scary to risk the drive. I've planned a strategy to attempt to avoid or reduce the risk of that outcome.

Although Richardton, ND to Minneappolis is doable in one long-assed haul, I wont risk semi scary roads & cautious driving making us miss the show, so our adventure will begin on Thursday with a hotel stay in Fargo, so we can do the shortest leg of the trip on the day of the show.

I should hopefully be there. After seeing last year's holiday show, I know I wouldn't want to pass this one up.

Because I am a :geek: or a :ugeek:; I reviewed last year’s set list. At the time; Cruel intentions, Candy from a stranger, Easy street, Grounded, String of Pearls, New world, Keep it up, Tied to the tracks and the great Passing sad daydream (awesome song), would be considered “surprises.”

The staples will be played; but what “surprises” would you like to hear this year?

I’d like to hear some from this list. Veil of tears, Sometime to return, I did my best, Marionette, Passing sad daydream, Long way home, Miracle mile, Stranger or Dragging me down.

Is Tommy talented enough to learn/ handle the bass lines? :P :P
Or; can Dave remember the lyrics? Maybe he can write them down. :P :P
