Well, if late August is better timing work-wise, make the trip then and go to Mohegan Sun instead. They've played some better shows there the past few years. Bowery probably won't be much different, setlist-wise.

Hi all,

I live in New York City and I've already bought my ticket. I saw Soul Asylum at the Bowery about a decade ago, and I'm excited to see them there again. I don't post on the website much, but I've been a big Soul Asylum fan for about 15 years. If there are other people here who are going to the show and who would like to meet up, let me know.

OK, so i have decided that im going to go, im trying to get a couple of friends to actually join me on a lovely roadtrip, LOLOL.

I have noticed tho that some websites that are selling tickets for this show are selling them for way more then 20.00 per ticket, why is that?

Is it better seats, or are they just ripping people off??

here are examples:

Those are scalper sites. Just get them direct from Ticketmaster. (unless they sell out, but that's not likely).

I think I've just booked a flight from the UK to arrive in New York City on July 25th! OK I've just double checked & yes I have indeed booked that flight, so I guess that means I will be joining Soul Asylum & all those of you on here that are going to the Bowery Ballroom on July 26th, Cant WAIT!!!!

(i was only 12 yrs old then xD)

i missed out seeing them in CT last year, i still have my ticket too

Does anyone know if any of the members actually autograph anything?

I was hoping to meet any of the band members and get my Something out of Nothing Vinyl single autographed.

A client asked me to be on-site w/ them in NYC; and I was able to schedule that date to coincide w/ the show; so I'll be there.

If anyone is interested in a meetup attempt, I'm gonna try to bring my wife to Burger and Barrel before the show:

Burger and Barrel is a 10 minute walk from the Bowery; roughly. I love their Bash-style burger.
