Any idea what order the bands will play and what time specifically Soul Asylum are set to hit the stage?

been looking around on web and I'm not finding any set times. I don't plan on going myself, but you could try calling the venue and asking (the show is in a couple days afterall)?

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm asking because I have an insane schedule for the rest of the month, and I can only budget time to see Soul Asylum and no other bands.

that's interesting. I think their show in GA got moved to a different venue too!

Confirmed on Ticketmaster's site. (Thanks for the heads up!!) The main floor of the Wiltern will be General Admission, and all Gibson ticket owners will get General Admission tickets. I left a message at the Wiltern asking when SA would hit the stage, and will post if I hear back.

Thanks for the heads up; notifications on the site have been made accordingly.

Also, General Admission tickets are only $20, but my original ticket was $55 + $14 of convenience fees. I just spoke to Live Nation, and the process of getting a refund is a pain, but it is possible.

1) Buy another ticket for the Wiltern for $20.
2) Mail in your old ticket to their corporate office. Even if you chose "print at home", you have to print out a pdf and mail it to them, because besides being evil, they are apparently an ancient company.

Sent your old Gibson ticket to:

Live Nation
1000 Corporate Landing
Charleston, WV 25311

In your letter, explain that you are writing to get a full refund due to the venue change. Once they receive the ticket, you can call with your original order number to check on the status of your refund. They claim once they get the ticket, it'll be 3-5 days to process it.

They never called back, but I just called them again, and Soul Asylum (or "Soul Azeelum", as the woman tried to say,) hit the stage at 9:25 pm - the third band in the lineup.

P.S. I also was able to get Ticketmaster to refund my previous ticket on the phone, since I had chosen print at home.
