I'm excited about heading down to this tonight, being that Duluth is where I entered the Soul Asylum when I saw them live for the first time - a mere 9486 days ago per the archive on this great website (April 19, 1989 UMD Kirby Ballroom -just shy of a 26th Year Anniversary). It was cool that "I Can See Clearly Now" was on the Name That Tune space when I logged on today which I also remember them playing that night. #SometimeToReturn, huh?

that's an OK setlist, but WOW, look at the vast (empty) ness of that floor !!

that must have been a pic from one of the opening bands, the floor, while not packed, was much fuller than that. overall, not a great turnout though, which is typical for Duluth (bob mould show last year had similar attendance). overall it was a fun show though, band sounded great and had fun, as did the audience

I know they weren't on yet, you can see in the pic that it's not the band. That is why I asked if it was still so empty when they went on... but good to hear that wasn't the case.
