Aside from the Seu Jorge album of acoustic Bowie covers that's been practically glued to my stereo for the last 6 months ('The Life Aquatic Studio Sessions'), I'm usually listening to The Delgados (and former singer Emma Pollock), Pixies, The Beatles, Placebo, Faith No More, old school R'n'B and soul (you know, the usual: Otis, Marvin, Wilson, Stevie...), Deftones, Underworld, Rival Schools, Orbital, Muse, and first couple of records from The White Stripes and those lovely emo boys My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday and Brand New...

A swingin' variety...some of almost everything through the centuries and the decades, from classical pieces, Frank Sinatra, and A.R. Rahman to Michael Buble, Atif Aslam, and Placebo. My sister just got me into M.I.A. over the holidays.

I have a very diverse taste, actually I'll probably give any album a chance and I'm sure I will find at least one moment during it's tracks that I really like. Specifically it pretty much mirrors Philips. I love Paul Westerberg and the Replacements, I love Uncle Tupelo, I love Soul Asylum, and thus I love all derivatives of these bands. I am into other local stuff from Minnesota and the Midwest. I'm into a lot of older music as well, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, and stuff like that.

i am a longtime SA fan from austrian and i am totally glad that i found this board. i always checked on the official site ( which doesn't get updated that often ) but today i found this SA homepage which totally rocks.
