i saw on the casino website they say they go on at 8 (i have once seen that be wrong before for a different band)
i'm thinking of getting in line at 6:30. I'm hoping since it's a friday instead of saturday it'll be less people lined up.... so far i've always (3 times) been able to get into the front section of tables (there's a back section too - both are small). JUST in case you don't make it in, you can find a spot along the edges and still see in pretty well (i've done that for the gin blossoms when they went on an hour earlier than i thought they were going to).

I'd expect no opening act if they follow standard procedure from previous years. According to Wolf Den site the show starts at 8pm http://mohegansun.com/entertainment/wolfden.html and usually that is 8pm sharp. The shows are usually ~70 minutes if memory serves me. @trudatman if you can take a train to Hartford CT [or Meriden, CT]; I can pick you up at the train station.

Wow; this show was a lot more fun than last night. I don't think they were as "tight" and Dave made a few lyric missteps along the way; but the band was feeding off the audience and really enjoying themselves.
For old stuff: Marionette, Little To Clean, and Easy Street
For New Stuff: Pipe Dream, The Juice, By The Way, Gravity, and Into the Light.
I think they were going out of their way to mix up the setlist from last night and tonight. It's the first time I heard The Juice Live; and it came out really good.
This show did have ripped jeans and Just Like Anyone.
I haven't listened to any of my recording yet; but hope to get stuff posted as soon as I can.

Dynamite show! When I saw the set list from the previous night, I actually worried that the show might be too low-key because there seemed to be a disproportionate amount of slow and mid-tempo songs.
But, wow -- they came at us like a locomotive last night. Those first few songs ((Your Generation, Just Like Anyone, Marionette, Pipeline, Little Too Clean, Gravity, Easy Street) were one of the most high-octane openings I've seen. And they did a great job mixing in the more mellow stuff without ever losing the energy.
The Mohegan Sun show has always been one of my favorites -- intimate space, great group of fans -- and it seems like it has become one of the band's, too.

Show was awesome last night, lots of energy and fun. I had trouble hearing the banter clearly but that's ok. After, Dave,Winston,&dan Sat at merch table greeting and signing stuff. Got picture taken w dave and then w Dan. (!) I hadn't 'met' Dan before so that was nice. All were super nice and chatty. Crowd at the show were all very friendly too.
Oh and for those discussing Daves voice , I thought he sounded great.
I thought it was funny when they asked if there was a "serviceable" guitar player to come up for stand/strong. Reminded me of last show there when ken(?) Was asked up but didn't know guitar. Also the guy who requested summer drugs was asked up for singing oh,yeahs, and he was very entertainjng lip synching on the side then once he had the mic forgetting some words but still being fun.
Sorry for writing choppy, im on my phone
